Safe Harbor Realty: a real estate site that sells the property, not the portal.
Institutional website and property showcase, with real search functionality and a photographic identity built to turn visitors already deciding into contacts.
The brief
Sell the property, not a generic listings portal.
A real estate agency needs a site that works as a showcase and a search tool at once: visitors want to browse listings, filter by neighborhood and property type, and feel like they're dealing with a local brand, not just another faceless listings aggregator. The goal was real search (location, property type, price), without feeling like an impersonal portal.
The process
Built for buyers already deciding.
A strong first impression
A photographic hero built around a standout property, so visitors feel the quality of the portfolio before they even start browsing.
Search that finds fast
A prominent search card with location, property type, and price filters, so buyers who already know what they want don't waste time.
Every property, its own showcase
A listings grid filterable by tag (Exclusive, New), with its own detail page for every property, ready to convert whoever's already interested.
Design decisions
Terracotta, with photography front and center.
Unlike the rest of the portfolio, which avoids large photos, here property photography is the main character: it's what sells. The palette is terracotta, with Fraunces (a serif with character) for headings and Inter for body text, balancing an editorial feel with the readability a frequently-consulted site needs.
Every property gets its own detail page, with a gallery, specs, and a sticky contact card, for whoever has already decided they want to know more about that specific listing.
Result
A complete institutional website, ready to sell.
The final site includes neighborhood pages, testimonials, and an FAQ, on top of the search and individual property pages: everything a buyer needs to move forward without having to call first.
